黄河出版传媒集团是宁夏回族自治区唯一一家出版企业，前身是于1959年1月1日成立的宁夏人民出版社。现有7个职能部门、2家分公司、7家全资子公司和1家参股子公司，现有在岗员工643人。2019年，集团总资产突破15亿元，年出版图书2000多种、4900多万册（含教材）。集团相继荣获“全国新闻出版行业文明单位”“全国文化体制改革先进单位”“2011-2012国家文化出口重点企业”等荣誉称号。出版的图书先后荣获“五个一工程”图书奖、国家图书奖、国家图书提名奖、中华优秀出版物奖、中华优秀出版物提名奖、中国出版政府电子出版物提名奖等奖项。
The Yellow River Publishing & Media Group is the only publishing enterprise in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Originally it was Ningxia People’s Publishing House established in 1958. Now it has 7 functional departments, 2 branch companies, 7 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 1participating stock company with 643 on-post staff. In 2019, the total asset of our group is over 15 billion yuan and the published books of more than 2,000 kinds yearly , over 49 million copies including textbooks. Our group has been awarded “National Advanced Unit of Press and Publication Sector” “National Advanced Unit of Cultural System Reform” and “Major National Cultural Import & Export Enterprise 2011-2012”. Our books have also won the Book Award on “Five-One Engineer”, National Book Prize, National Book Award Nomination, Chinese Excellent Publications Prize and Chinese Excellent Prize Nomination Award and Chinese Government Electronic Publication Nomination Award,ect.
集团现有出版单位5家，分别是宁夏人民出版社、阳光出版社、宁夏人民教育出版社、宁夏黄河期刊传媒（画报社）公司，宁夏黄河数字出版传媒公司。2019年，集团大力推动机构改革，整合发行渠道资源，组建宁夏新华书店发行集团。新的发行集团下辖23家子（分）公司，拥有基层发行网点38处，形成了遍布宁夏城乡的图书发行网络。
Our group now has 5 publishing houses which are Ningxia People’s Publishing House, Sunshine Publishing House, Ningxia People’s Education Press, Yellow River Journal Publishing & Media (Ningxia Pictoral Magazine )Company and Ningxia Yellow River Digital Publishing & Media Company. In 2019,our group pushed forward the structural reform with great effort and integrated all distribution channel resources to set up Ningxia Xinhua Book Store Distribution Group. The new group has 23 subsidiaries and over 38 outlets, thus forming a whole distribution network all over cities and countries in Ningxia.
近年来，集团聚焦主业，规模品种不断扩大，品牌特色倾情打造，精品力作精心呈现，两个效益持续增长，《中国改革开放全景录·宁夏卷》《闽宁镇纪事》《让有信仰的人讲信仰》《中国新诗总论》《诗歌中国》《隐形将军》《钢琴女孩成长记》等图书得到广泛好评，《中国唐卡艺术集成》《马兰花开》《六盘花儿飘》《人类的敦煌》《大漠寻星人》等出版物获得国家级大奖。
In recent years, our group has focused on the major business while expanding our group’s scales and kinds of books, we are also trying to build our brand and present delicate works as social and economic benefits are constantly growing. Publications such as Recordings of China’s Open and Reform Policy , Stories of Min-Ning Town,Making People with Faith to tell Faith,Chinese New Poetry, Poetic China , Intangible General, Growth of Piano Girls had won praise widely and books like Collection of Chinese Tangka Arts, Blooming Malan Flowers, Floating Liupan Flowers, Brilliant Human Beings and Star-seekers had won National Prize.

Nowadays, we highly raise the great banner of New Era of Xijinping’s Chinese Characteristic Socialist Thoughts and insist on the general principle of seeking progress while keeping performance stable.We stressed the leadership of our Party and set up a healthy and modernized system for enterprise while taking publishing supply-side structural reform as the main line.We are practicing the development strategy of enterprise as “making strong the publishing, reinvigorating distribution, improving management” firmly, and fulfilling the core cultural idea of enterprise as “The inheritance of ingenuity is beneficial to the future with innovative wisdom”deeply.
