本书以饭局上的人、食、事为线索,用49篇散文串联起上海这座城市中的饮食记忆。全书分为两卷,上卷为“上海菜,上海话,上海人”,下卷为“春天的无轨电车”。一方面零零总总地描绘了各色精致的上海美食,并且融入了全国各大菜系以及意大利菜、怀石料理等来自全世界的美味佳肴;另一方面采用富有特色的沪语写作,讲述了作者与金宇澄、沈宏非、傅滔滔、谢春彦等名人友人的闲谈约饭、品茶讲诗、读书赏画,将老上海的人文风情和现代的小资精致情调结合在一起,文字行云流水、一气呵成,配以数十张记录上海风光的全彩油画与黑白摄影照片,将上海的美食与生活展现得淋漓尽致。
This book connects the food memory of Shanghai with 49 essays and several pictures. On the one hand, it describes all kinds of exquisite Shanghai food. On the other hand, it is written in Shanghai dialect, which tells the story of the author and famous friends such as Jin Yucheng, chatting about Shanghai history. It combines the humanistic customs of old Shanghai with the exquisite mood of modern petty bourgeoisie.
作者简介 About the Author
石磊,1966年生于上海,1989年毕业于复旦大学中文系。作家,太太党人。上海《新民晚报》“本埠生活录”专栏作者。擅长写作上海人和上海事,早年有记者经验,长于倾听、提问、追索、独立思考和广泛阅读,有自己独特的文字书写风格。出版《太太党人》《好好爱》《向上海学习》《舌尖上的私房菜》《携一枚包子晃天下》《关于中年的千言万语》等书。
Shi Lei, born in 1966 in Shanghai, graduated from the Chinese Department of Fudan University in 1989. Writer.She has early experience as a journalist and is good at thinking on her feet. Her work has its own unique style and she has published a number of literary works.
