作者简介 About the Author
陈国灿，陈氏太极拳传人，少年习武，从师于朱瑞川学习陈氏太极拳，长期从事太极拳教学活动。
Chen Guocan, a descendant of Chen's Taijiquan, practiced martial arts as a teenager. He studied Chen's Taijiquan from Zhu Ruichuan and has been engaged in Taijiquan teaching for a long time.
