This book synthesizes many years of cholera prevention and control experience in the Jiangnan area, refers to relevant books and cholera prevention and control strategies of WHO and CDC of the United States, emphasizes scientific prevention and control, aims at rapid response and efficient prevention and control, and applies rapid technical means such as molecular testing for key aspects and priorities in prevention and control, highlighting simple, clear, convenient, and practical features, which is ideal for use in the emergency scene of cholera epidemic. The book is a quick reference for emergency site disposal and clinical diagnosis and treatment of cholera. The book includes four parts: cholera etiology, clinical diagnosis and treatment, epidemic prevention and control, and laboratory testing, which not only ensures the scientific and forward-looking content, but also highlights the relevance and practicality of the application, and are suitable for emergency site disposal and rapid clinical diagnosis and treatment reference of cholera epidemic, believed to make due contribution to cholera prevention and control work.

作者简介 About the Author

陈中文，现任嘉兴市疾病预防控制中心主任，嘉兴市党外知识分子联谊会副会长，浙江省防痨协会副理事长，嘉兴市预防医学会会长。先后被评为国家卫计委疾病预防控制工作先进个人、浙江省抗震救灾先进个人、浙江省感动疾控十大人物、嘉兴市劳动模范、嘉兴市抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人、嘉兴市卫计系统践行“红船精神”健康使者、嘉兴市勇猛精进担当作为好干部等荣誉称号。入选嘉兴市卫生健康拔尖人才、嘉兴市“351”医学领军人才培养人选、嘉兴市首批杰出人才第一层次培养人选、嘉兴市第六批新世纪专业技术带头人。以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文22篇，其中SCI收录10篇，第一完成人获得市科技进步二等奖1次、三等奖2次，市自然科学学术成果奖一等奖2次，三等奖1次；第二完成人获得市科技进步三等奖以上3次。

燕勇，嘉兴市疾病预防控制中心党委委员、微生物检验科科长，兼任浙江省微生物学会理事、浙江省医学会医学病毒学分会委员、浙江省预防医学会卫生检验专业委员、嘉兴市实验室生物安全质量控制中心常务副主任、嘉兴市结核病医疗质量管理控制中心专家委员，入选浙江省“551”卫生创新人才（2020年）、嘉兴市“351”人才学科带头人（2019年）、嘉兴市新世纪专业技术带头人后备人才（2014年）。主要从事病原微生物检测技术应用与研究，以第一或通讯作者发表论文20余篇，其中SCI论文7篇；主持参与省级科研项目6项，市级项目8项；举办继续医学教育项目国家级2项、省级1项、市级10项；主持参与专利13项，成果成功转化3项。

Chen Zhongwen, chief of Jiaxing Center for Disease Prevention and Control, is also the vice president of Jiaxing Friendship Association of Non-party Intellectuals, vice president of Zhejiang Anti-tuberculosis Association, and president of Jiaxing Preventive Medicine Association. He has been awarded as an advanced individual in disease prevention and control by the National Health and Planning Commission, advanced individual in earthquake relief in Zhejiang Province, ten most touching figures in disease control in Zhejiang Province, model worker in Jiaxing City, advanced individual in fighting COVID-19 epidemic in Jiaxing City, health messenger in practicing the "Red Boat Spirit" in Jiaxing Health and Planning System, and good cadre in taking charge of the brave and fierce progress in Jiaxing City. He was selected as one of the top talents in health care in Jiaxing City, ranks among the 351 medical leaders in Jiaxing City, the first batch of outstanding talents in Jiaxing City, and the sixth batch of professional and technical leaders in Jiaxing City in the new century. He has published 22 papers as the first author or corresponding author, including 10 SCI-indexed papers, and has won the second and third prizes of the Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award once and twice, the first and third prizes of the Municipal Natural Science Academic Achievement Award twice and once, and the third prize of the Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award more than three times as the second author.

Yan Yong, member of the Party Committee of Jiaxing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, head of the microbiology testing section, is also a director of the Zhejiang Society of Microbiology, a member of the Medical Virology Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, a member of the Health Testing Specialty of Zhejiang Preventive Medicine Association, executive deputy director of Jiaxing Laboratory Biosafety Quality Control Center, and an expert member of Jiaxing Tuberculosis Medical Quality Management Control Center, selected among the "551" health innovation talents of Zhejiang Province(2020), Jiaxing "351" talent discipline leaders (2019), Jiaxing new century professional and technical leader reserve talents (2014). He is mainly engaged in the application and research of pathogenic microorganism detection technology, and has published more than 20 papers as the first or corresponding author, including 7 SCI papers; presided over 6 provincial scientific research projects and 8 municipal projects; held 2 national, 1 provincial and 10 municipal continuing medical education programs; presided over 13 patents and successfully transformed 3 results.
