作者简介 About the Author

Wang Shoujun is a doctor in management, a researcher and a leader in national accounting. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice President of Beijing Normal University, and a director of the Management Committee of Zhuhai Campus.

Hu Biliang is a dean of the Institute of Emerging Markets and the Institute of Development Studies at Beijing Normal University, a director of the China Energy and Strategic Resources Research Center, a deputy Director of the China Rural Governance Research Center, a professor of Economics and a doctoral supervisor. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, a joint Master of Science from Asian Institute of Technology and Technical University of Dortmund, a doctor in economics from Witten University, Germany, and a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard University.
