作者简介 About the Author

Shao Qi was born in 1963 in Shanghai, who is a professor and master tutor at School of Fine Arts, Shanghai Normal University, as well as a member of academic committee in the university. He is also the professor of a doctoral program in Macao University of Science and Technology. He is the author of "The Context and Semantics of Chinese Painting since the Late Ming Dynasty", "History of Traditional Chinese Design Thought", "The Context of Chinese Painting" and painting albums "Only In This Mountain", "Selected Shanghai Calligraphy and Painting Masters· Shao Qi", etc.. He also co-authored the book "History of Creation and Design" and "On the Nature of Chinese Painting". His solo exhibition "Tang Poetry · Shao Qi Landscape Painting Exhibition" was held in Centennial Lecture Hall in Peking University in 2011. Shanghai Art link art Space held another solo exhibition "That is not long - Shao Qi Landscape Painting Exhibition" in 2023.
